This personalized wedding shadowbox features a beautiful hand-made origami bride and groom, a perfect and unique gift for a wedding, bridal shower, engagement, or first anniversary. They are crafted with origami paper and tulle, and mounted onto an acid-free cardstock. These are made to order, with the basic design as shown, but they can be customized by choosing the colours of the suit and dress, the colour of the tie/bow tie, and the background. You can also choose different styles of the dress, please refer to my other listings to see options. They can be done in paper, tulle, glasseen paper, lace paper, tissue, etc. I try to find the paper that best suits the material of the clothing. The cut of the dress can be narrow, mermaid, strapless or straps, princess ball gown, fit and flare, etc. This dress is made with a beautiful, white and silver embossed paper, and the groom is wearing a dark grey suit with a soft orange tie. These figures are placed on a background with a subtle silver sheen. The key is always in the details, so I will do my very best to personalize it as much as possible! This box contains 24 sheets of MDF, each one measures just under 12" x 24", so that it can fit into this USPS Flat Rate shipping box - the one that is made for mailing board games. I'm guesstimating that each sheet weighs about 2 pounds, so this is a hefty box to ship. Do you make small signs or plaques, or perhaps teach a tole painting class? CNC work or laser cutting?
