This large lovely feminine homemade artwork is made of 25 different ribbons of organza, silk, statin etc, and one bead. The background is black silk. It is hand sewn by me (10 creative hours) in Ribbon & Stump embroidery style. The Ribbon is pulled with pliers through the background fabric to make petals, leaves and stems. The Stump part is where ribbon has padding under to make picture even fuller. This is a very three dimensional picture. Some petals and leaves protrude more than an inch from background. This wall hanging is a feast for the eyes of shimmering, colorful, full of life, nature at its best. The largest flowers stand out nearly an inch from background.
