Let me say that this is my first Tree of Life. I fell in love with wire work over the past year. I got some copper wire 26 and 20 gauge. I sat in my yard and tried to make my tree represent my real Japanese Plum Tree. I used stabilized green turquoise and red died coral with tiny yellow seed beads. The Lapis rough is 1.2 lbs and was expensive for a rock. I used E6000 jewelry glue to mount my tree and mixed polished gemstone pebbles to the top. The seashell on the top is a fossil from Aurora, NC phosphor mine. I found it myself when I had the rare opportunity to enter the mine. I carved my initials and the year in the bottom.
